this position will enable West's Transportation Solutions to meet and exceed revenue goals, and to cover personal expense and:
• Manage personal account development including appointment scheduling, personal calls, time and territory management, and follow up.
• Review market analysis to determine customer's needs, volume potential, pricing needed and sales campaigns.
• Represent the company at traffic club meetings, trade show associations, and similar events to promote company if deemed appropriate by prior consultation with VP.
• Coordinate new account set up with VP including thorough review of account, profile, and specific service requirements.
• Submit weekly sales reports to management that outlines contacts made and status of account and potential revenue to be gained.
• Participate in monthly company meetings by presenting monthly sales recap to management and others as necessary.
• Identify potential business opportunities for our affiliated companies.
• Other duties to be assigned on an "as needed" basis.
This applicant MUST have a Minimum of two (2) years Truckload Sales within the Atlanta or Charlotte Market.
• Minimum 2 years Truckload Sales within the Atlanta or Charlotte Market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Cold Call Experience A MUST
• Proven Self Starter &Time Manager
